While working with RMR and PHH, I worked with a team to design about 2-4 flyers a week for our 10 sister companies. My job mostly was to take a design from one company flyer and rebrand it to fit the standards of the other companies. Another responsibility I had was to block the flyers with Adobe Acrobat. For those of you who don’t know what blocking is, its basically attaching a code to where the placeholder text is on the flyer, so when one of our Loan Officers orders a flyer, the flyer will have their contact information printed on it without having to fill out information themselves.

These flyers displayed here, are not only examples of flyers I rebranded and blocked, but are examples of flyers that I designed myself. All that was given to me was a Microsoft Word document with the text that needed to be placed into the flyer, and I went from there. The images were purchased from Shutterstock, and I designed the layout with company color swatches and symbols.
